What You Get with Ledgora

Malaysia-Specific Content

Programs reference LHDN, EPF, ASB, Tabung Haji, and local cost-of-living data — not foreign frameworks that need adaptation before they're useful here.

Small Cohort Learning

A maximum of 12 participants per cohort means genuine interaction, direct access to the instructor, and a pace that accommodates different starting points.

No Product Promotion

Our instructors have no incentive to recommend specific financial products. Sessions cover concepts and frameworks — the application choices remain yours.

Practical Take-Home Tools

Every program includes spreadsheets, checklists, and annotated reference materials built for Malaysian financial situations — tools you can use the day after a session.

Spaced Session Format

Sessions are scheduled with gaps between them. This allows you to apply what you've learned in real life before the next meeting, reinforcing concepts through practice.

Post-Programme Follow-Up

Select programs include email support for 30 days after completion, giving you a contact for questions as you put your new plan into action.

In Detail

What Each Benefit Means in Practice

Professional Expertise

Ledgora programs are designed and delivered by instructors with professional backgrounds in financial planning, accounting, and adult education. Ahmad Razif Hassan, our lead instructor, brings 14 years of experience across personal finance and corporate contexts. Priya Nair holds qualifications in accounting and has specific expertise in Malaysian tax compliance.

  • Instructors with verifiable professional backgrounds
  • Content reviewed and updated annually
  • Curriculum built around Malaysian financial norms, not adapted from foreign sources

Programme Structure & Process

Each program at Ledgora follows a deliberate structure: concepts introduced in session, applied through exercises, reinforced between sessions, and consolidated at the end. This is not a lecture-then-leave approach. Sessions are shorter and more frequent than a one-day workshop, because we've found that spaced repetition produces more durable understanding.

  • Structured session-by-session progression
  • Applied exercises during each meeting
  • Between-session tasks to reinforce learning

Participant Support

We believe a good learning experience extends beyond the session room. Our team is reachable between sessions by email for questions that come up as participants work through their finances. For our savings programme, this extends to 30 days of post-programme email guidance — a meaningful period for applying a new financial plan.

  • Email access to instructors between sessions
  • 30-day post-programme follow-up (savings programme)
  • Small group format for genuine interaction

Value & Pricing

Program fees at Ledgora reflect the full cost of delivery: instructor time, session materials, take-home tools, and any included post-programme support. There are no hidden add-ons. Prices range from RM 450 for the budgeting programme to RM 950 for the savings workshop. We consider payment arrangements for participants who reach out in advance.

  • All-inclusive pricing — no additional material fees
  • Payment arrangements available on request
  • Transparent fee structure before enrolment

Outcomes & Results

We don't make predictions about financial performance — personal finance outcomes depend on individual circumstances, discipline, and external factors. What we do commit to is that participants leave each program with a clear picture of their financial situation, specific tools tailored to their context, and the knowledge to make more informed decisions going forward.

  • A practical financial plan to take home
  • Better understanding of your numbers and obligations
  • Confidence to ask better questions of financial advisers, banks, or LHDN

What Sets Us Apart

Distinctive Features

Built Entirely for Malaysia

Our curriculum was written from scratch for Malaysian participants — not adapted from foreign content. Every scenario, form, and calculation uses Malaysian numbers and regulations.

No Referral Incentives

We do not accept referral fees, commissions, or any arrangement that would give us a financial interest in recommending a specific bank, insurer, or investment product to participants.

Proprietary Budgeting Toolkit

Our budgeting spreadsheet toolkit, developed in-house and refined over several cohorts, handles Malaysian income patterns including irregular freelance income, EPF contributions, and common local expense categories.

Accountability Pairs

In the budgeting programme, participants are paired with a cohort member to share progress between sessions. This peer accountability mechanism consistently improves follow-through on between-session tasks.
