Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or registering for any Ledgora program. By accessing our website at ledgorax.live or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Contracts Act 1950 and the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
1. About Ledgora
Ledgora is a financial education provider registered in Malaysia and operating from 5 Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. Our programs are designed to educate participants on personal finance topics. We do not provide regulated financial advice within the meaning of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or any other applicable law.
2. Nature of Our Services
Ledgora offers structured financial education programs. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing communicated in our sessions, materials, or correspondence constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice specific to your individual circumstances.
We encourage participants to consult appropriately licensed professionals before making financial decisions based on topics covered in our programs.
3. Eligibility and Registration
To register for a Ledgora program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Complete payment in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed in writing
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration at our discretion, including where we are unable to accommodate additional participants in a particular cohort.
4. Fees and Payment
Program fees are as stated on our website at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless a specific payment arrangement has been confirmed by Ledgora in writing. We accept payment via the methods indicated on our registration form.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 7 days before the first session: Full refund, minus any applicable processing fees
- 3 to 7 days before the first session: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before the first session: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another individual by notifying us in writing
- After the program has commenced: No refund for sessions already delivered
If Ledgora cancels a program, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible and will notify registered participants promptly.
These terms are consistent with our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
6. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend sessions punctually and engage in a manner that is respectful of other participants and facilitators. Ledgora reserves the right to remove a participant from the program without refund if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to others.
If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us in advance where possible. Session recordings or make-up notes are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of Ledgora programs โ including worksheets, templates, checklists, and presentation content โ are the intellectual property of Ledgora. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share program materials with third parties without our prior written consent.
All website content, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Ledgora and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the website
- Misrepresent your identity when using the website or submitting enquiries
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ledgora's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or participation in our programs is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the relevant program.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including financial losses arising from decisions made based on program content. Our educational content does not substitute for professional financial advice.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering for a program or using our website, you acknowledge our data practices as described therein.
11. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or registration in our programs after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
