Who We Are

Started With a Simple Observation

Ledgora was established in 2020 in Subang Jaya, Selangor, after our founders noticed a consistent gap: most Malaysians handle their finances through intuition rather than structure. Not because they lack the ability — but because accessible, practical financial education in a local context was genuinely hard to find.

We set out to address that gap with small-group programs that meet people where they are. No jargon, no product sales, no unrealistic scenarios lifted from international textbooks. Just clear, grounded instruction built around Malaysian financial life — LHDN filings, EPF considerations, local cost-of-living patterns, and instruments like ASB and Tabung Haji that are part of everyday financial decisions here.

Today, Ledgora has worked with over 600 participants from Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and surrounding areas. Our approach remains the same: keep cohorts small, keep content practical, and keep the focus on understanding rather than selling.

Our Mission

To give Malaysians the practical financial knowledge they need to make well-informed decisions — without being pushed toward any particular product or provider.

Our Approach

Small groups, local context, and take-home resources. We believe financial habits form through repeated application, not one-off lectures — so our sessions are spaced to encourage practice between meetings.

Our Values

Clarity over complexity. Patience over speed. Objectivity in all content. We take our responsibility seriously — financial decisions affect real lives, and we approach instruction with appropriate care.

How We Work

Our Standards & Principles

A consistent set of principles governs how we design and deliver every program at Ledgora.

Content Objectivity

No financial product is promoted within our sessions. Content is written and reviewed to ensure it serves educational purposes only — not sales objectives.

Regular Content Review

Tax regulations and financial guidelines change. We update our program materials at the start of each year and after significant LHDN announcements to keep information current.

Participant Privacy

Personal financial details shared during sessions are treated in confidence. We do not collect or store sensitive financial data, and participant information is never shared with third parties.

Small Cohort Policy

We cap enrolment at 12 participants per cohort. This allows genuine discussion, personalised attention, and space for questions that a larger format would not accommodate.

Instructor Credentials

Programs are led by instructors with verified professional backgrounds in finance or education. We do not engage guest instructors without reviewing their credentials and content approach.

Participant Feedback

We collect written feedback at the end of every cohort and use responses to refine session delivery, pacing, and materials for future participants.

Financial Education in Subang Jaya

Ledgora operates from Subang Jaya, Selangor — a location chosen for its accessibility to residents across the Klang Valley. Our programs draw participants from Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cyberjaya, and Klang, reflecting a broad cross-section of working adults and small business owners navigating Malaysian financial life.

Our curriculum covers three core areas: cash flow and budgeting for Malaysian households, personal income tax compliance under LHDN's e-Filing system, and structured savings planning using instruments available to Malaysians — including Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB), Tabung Haji, fixed deposits, and the EPF Members Investment Scheme.

Every program at Ledgora emphasizes applied understanding over theoretical knowledge. Participants work with real spending scenarios, actual tax return formats, and savings calculation templates during sessions. The intent is that by the time a cohort ends, each participant has tools they can use independently — not just concepts to remember.

We welcome enquiries from individuals, freelancers, sole proprietors, and small business owners who want to build more confidence in managing their finances. Our team is based at 5 Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, and is reachable by phone on +60 3-5621 8347 or by email at [email protected].
